Purchase Options

Renaissance Gallery may offer the following purchase options depending on the product or collection

1. Standard Checkout

Pay the full price at checkout.

Production begins within 12 hours of placing your order.

2. Pre-Orders / Made-to-Order Items

Some items are produced on demand.

For these orders, production takes 20–25 business days before shipping.

3. Payment Plans

If Shop Pay Installments, Afterpay, or similar services are used, the customer is responsible for completing all payments according to the agreement with the payment provider.

Renaissance Gallery cannot modify, pause, or cancel these payments.

Cancellation Policy

🚫 All Sales Are Final

Because every item is made-to-order, orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours of purchase.

Within 12 Hours of Purchase

If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we may be able to cancel it only if production hasn’t started yet.

After production begins, no cancellations or refunds are available.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items cannot be cancelled, as materials and production slots are reserved immediately after purchase.

Payment Plan Cancellations

If you use Shop Pay Installments, Afterpay, or another payment plan:

Renaissance Gallery cannot cancel the payment plan.
You must contact the payment provider directly for questions regarding payments, billing, or disputes.

Once an order is placed using a payment plan, it is treated the same as a standard made-to-order purchase: no cancellations after 12 hours.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails or a payment plan is declined:

The order may be automatically cancelled
Production will not begin until payment is completed
The customer is responsible for updating their payment method
