📦 Renaissance Gallery Shipping Policy

Order Production Time

All Renaissance Gallery pieces are made-to-order to ensure premium quality.

Because of this, please allow 20–25 business days for production before your order ships.

During high-volume drops or restocks, production may take an additional 3–5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email or text when your order is placed, and another notification as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times

After production is complete, orders ship via USPS or UPS.

U.S. Shipping:

Shipping time begins after the 20–25 business-day production period.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/text.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Renaissance Gallery is not responsible for:

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

Address Changes

If you need to update your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

After the order ships, we cannot change the address.

Return to Sender / Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for paying the reshipping fee.
